The Nectar Toolbar will remind you when you're on a site where you can collect Nectar points, so you never forget to go through eShops ever again!

When you click through to a brand site and make a purchase, the transaction will be tracked but can only be confirmed by the brand once the return period has passed (up to 35 days). This is when your points will show in your main points statement

Whatever you need to say: 'I'm sorry', 'Get Well Soon', 'Happy Anniversary', 'Happy Mother's Day' or simply 'I Love You', a beautiful bouquet just makes it all the more special. So being a romantic bunch, we wanted to give you the extra incentive to say it properly by making sure that you collect points every time you buy flowers.
Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.
